Yep, that is me at age 12.  I used a National NC-100 and a Harvey Wells Bandmaster.   Note the homebrew power supply and the knife switch used to transfer the antenna between the transmitter and receiver.  I used a 130 foot end fed longwire for an antenna on 40 and 80 meters.  Who knows what the SWR was.  I didn't care and made plenty of contacts.
